Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products received by the customer.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of damage (photo/video) required at time of request
Non-Returnable Products
Zafrine Frequence and all perfume/fragrance products are non-returnable once delivered, unless received in a damaged or defective condition. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer/UPI
